The 3rd vaccination is conducted
Eligibility
Person registered on basic resident register of Toyokawa city at the point of the person’s 2nd vaccination
Period of coupon delivery
Coupons will be mailed before the post-2nd vaccination period passes 8 months. It is scheduled as follows.

Vaccination Method
Vaccination method consists of “Individual Vaccination” conducted at medical institutions and “Group Vaccination” at Shimin Plaza (Prio 2 4F). For “Individual Vaccination”, call desired medical institutions (See City HP or contact Toyokawa City Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center for details.). “Group Vaccination” is planned to be conducted from February after. Relevant information is updated on City HP and Toyokawa Newsletter etc. as soon as determined.
Coupons are sequentially mailed to avoid reservation rush. Please make a reservation after coupon is delivered.
Others
Those who had taken 2nd vaccination in another municipality and moved in Toyokawa city need to take procedures for 3rd vaccination. If you wish to take 3rd vaccination, contact Toyokawa City Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center.
