Things to keep in mind to take vaccination for infant aged between 5 and 11
Vaccination for infant (aged between 5 and 11) has started since March with vaccine of Pfizer. Those who wish to take vaccination are requested to make a reservation with coupon at hand. Please keep in mind of the following things to take vaccination for infant.
Make sure to bring maternity passbook (Boshi Techo).
For precise record of vaccination, make sure to bring maternity passbook and come to the vaccination venue (Guardian accompanies the infant).
Please be considerate not to force others to take vaccination or have discriminatory attitude.
Vaccination is not obligatory. Let’s not have prejudice or discriminatory attitude towards persons who have not taken vaccination.
