Temporary Special Allowance for resident tax exempted household etc. (100,000 yen per household) is the benefit to support household which is exempted with resident tax for the fiscal year 2022, and household facing drastic financial change from January 2022 after due to the influence caused by COVID-19.

Eligibility

Household which meets any of the following conditions

1. Household which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city as of December 10, 2021 (base date), and all the household members are exempted with resident tax (Per capita rate) for the fiscal year 2022 at the point of June 1, 2022.
2. Household which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city at the point of application, and its income is drastically decreasing due to the influence caused by COVID-19. As a result, all the household members are equivalent to resident tax exempted (Household with drastic financial change).

100,000 yen per household

Application

Household 1. is requested to fill out the confirmation document which was delivered by postal mail and send it back in enclosed return envelope. Household 2. needs to apply. There is examination after submitting application. For details such as eligibility etc., please consult at responsible window.

Others

Application deadline is written on the confirmation document. It is principally 3 months after issuance of the confirmation document.
