Currently, vaccination has been conducted based on the priority turn instructed by the Central Government. Schedule of mailing coupons and start of vaccination etc. is shown below.

• Reservation for Individual Vaccination and Group Vaccination starts sequentially for persons with underlying disease and persons working in senior citizen's facilities etc. About reservation method, click here.
• For persons in general, reservation for Individual Vaccination and Group Vaccination has not started yet at the point of coupon delivery. Reservation acceptance is planned based on the age group from now on. As soon as the schedule is determined, the information is updated on city HP and Toyokawa Newsletter August Edition etc.

Person who has underlying disease

• Person whose disease and condition are the followings and who is an outpatient / is in hospital

1. Chronic respiratory disease
2. Chronic heart disease (Including high blood pressure)
3. Chronic kidney disease
4. Chronic liver disease (Hepatic cirrhosis etc.)
5. Under treatment for diabetes with insulin and medicine, or diabetes with complications
6. Disease of blood (Except iron deficiency anemia)
7. Disease causing immunity decline (Including malignant tumor under treatment)
8. Under treatment with steroids etc. which causes immunity decline
9. Neural disease or neuromuscular disease with immune abnormality
10. Has physical dysfunction (Such as breathing difficulty) caused by neural disease or neuromuscular disease
11. Chromosome abnomality
12. Severe physical and mental disability (Combined with severe physical and intellectual disability)
13. Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS) (Sleeping with breathlessness)
14. Severe mental disease (Is in hospital under treatment, has Mental Disability Certificate or taking independence support medication (Psychiatric outpatient care) with definition "Severe and continuation" or has intellectual disabiity (With Rehabilitation Handbook)

• Person who meets the condition of obesity (Over BMI 30)

Guideline for BMI 30: Person of 170 cm and 87 kg, or person of 160 cm and 77 kg

Progress of mailing coupons at this point

Persons aged over 65 years

Coupons have already been mailed.
Both reservation and vaccination have started.

Persons aged between 16 and 64 years

Coupons are planned to be mailed on June 30 (Wed.).
※Delivery is to be completed by July 13 (Tue.).

Persons aged between 12 and 15 years

Coupons are planned to be mailed in the middle of July, and delivery is to be completed by the end of July.
