Cervical cancer can be caused mostly by continuous infection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Taking vaccination to prevent infection can lead to prevention of cervical cancer,
| Period | Until March 31 (Mon.), 2025 (If vaccination starts when the person is 15 years old or older, total number of vaccination is 3 times. To complete 3-time vaccination within the period, 1st vaccination needs to be taken by September 30 (Mon.).) |

| Application | By phone to commissioned medical institutions listed on city website. In case of wishing to take vaccination at medical institutions in other municipalities, it is necessary to bring maternity passbook to Health Center for taking procedures in advance. If you do not have medical questionnaire sheet for vaccination, call Heath Center (Tel: 0533-95-4801). Application for reissuing medical questionnaire sheet is available from here, too. |
