Periodic health checkup for infants
Notification is regularly sent to eligible person. Please confirm it.
In case of taking medical checkup, please understand and cooperate for the followings.
- Wearing a mask is "basically decided by individual choice and judgement, and each decision should be respected". However there are pregnant persons and infants among persons who participate in this program. Therefore, for the purpose of implementing basic preventive measures for infection completely, your cooperation for wearing a mask is asked as much as possible.
- Please continuously cooperate for basic preventive measures for infection such as avoiding "3 Cs" (Close contact, Crowd, and Closed space), "Securing physical distance", "Maintaining hygienic conditions for hands and fingers by washing etc.", "Ventilation" and so on.
- Person who is planning to come is requested to check body temperature, and in case of not feeling well (Including family members), change the schedule.
- In case of changing the schedule, contact Infant Health Desk (Tel: 0533-95-4653).
Medical Checkup for 4 month old
There will be “Book start”, story telling in waiting time.

Medical Checkup for 1 year and 6 month old
The fluoride treatment is conducted. Please brush child’s teeth beforehand.

Dental Checkup for 2 year old
The fluoride treatment is conducted upon request (Free of charge). Please brush child's teeth beforehand.
In addition to dental checkup, there is consultation service by public health nurse. Please consult if you have any concerns about your child.

Medical checkup for 3 year old
Please examine child's eyes and ears at home and bring test records. There is urine test. Please take urine sampling at home and bring it on the day. Urine sampling container is mailed by post to your house 10 days prior to the medical checkup day.
