Application for Municipal Housing (Shiei Jyutaku)
Application for Municipal Housing (Shiei Jyutaku) is informed by Toyokawa Newsletter (Koho Toyokawa).
Eligibility
Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
- Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
- Persons who live or are planning to live together with their family in Toyokawa. (Including common-law husband/wife and engated person)
- Persons who face difficulty or necessity to search for a house.
- Persons whose income meet the standard prescribed by ordinance (All members in the same household with income are considered as eligible person for prescribed income calculation.)
- Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
Flow of the procedure
Toyokawa Newsletter (Koho Toyokawa) informs of housing application. Applicants are to submit application form directly to Building Division during application period. After that, lottery is held. Those who win the lottery are asked to submit necessary documents which go through final examination and residents are officially determined.
Notice
- Persons who are not joining public insurance cannot go through final examination.
- For the contract, one guarantor and deposit of 3 month rent charge are required.
- A couple cannot apply separately unless they have reasons such as being in divorce arbitration
