Although vaccination against COVID-19 is recommended to take, it is not obligatory. Vaccination is conducted only when the person gives consent to it after sufficient information is given.
Those who take vaccination are asked to understand both effectiveness and risk of side reactions of the vaccine, and take vaccination with one's own will. Vaccination is not conducted without consent of the person.
Please be considerate not to force coworkers and people around you to take vaccination, and not to give discriminative treatment to persons who have not taken vaccination.
