Toyokawa City Consultation desk for foreigners 「外国人相談窓口」

Toyokawa city opens Consultation desk for foreigners in English, Portuguese, Chinese and Vietnamese at International and Civic Activity Division (TV telephone service by using tablet in 13 languages is available as well.). It is open from 8:30am to 5:15pm (Please come up to the window by 4:30pm. Otherwise, interpreter may not be available.). If you have any question about daily life, please feel free to come up and get consultation.
