Certification concerning Juminhyo, Inkantoroku Shomeisho, Koseki 「住民票・印鑑登録証明書・戸籍に関する証明書」

Resident Certification (Jyumin Hyo), Seal Registration Certification (Inkan Toroku Shomeisho), Full copy of Family Register (Koseki Tohon), Extract copy of Family Register (Koseki Shohon), and certifications for other filings are issued at City Hall. It is charged for respective issuance. For application, it is also necessary to show ID certification such as residence card. In case of filing by representative (This includes family members who live in other households), proxy is required. These certifications can be also applied at Ichinomiya Branch Office, Mito Branch Office, Otowa Branch Office, Kozakai Branch Office, and Prio Service Center. Issuance at Convenience Store

There is nationwide service of certification issuance at convenience store with My Number Card (Social Security Number) for issuing a copy of Resident Certification by multi copy machine for the purpose.

Utility Hour

From 6:30am to 11:00pm (Except December 29 to January 3 and maintenance day)

Eligible person

Person who has My Number Card (Social Security Number) installed with electronic certification for user’s certificate, and has resident resister or legal address on the family registry in Toyokawa

How to use

On the display of multi copy machine, select "Gyosei Saabisu" (行政サービス) and follow the instructions. It is necessary to scan My Number Card (Social Security Number), input code number (4 figures of number), select certification　(Shomeisho 証明書), and pay the fee etc.
