For elementarty school, by June 3 (Mon.) (Must arrive by the date.). Send the application form by FAX (0533-88-2595) or by postal mail (〒442-0863 Hirao Cho, Kadota 77) to Toyokawa Tokubetsu Shien Gakko.
For junior high school and senior high school, by June 4 (Tue.). Application forms are accepted at respective elementary schools and junior high schools. Application form can be downloaded from the website of Toyokawa Tokubetsu Shien Gakko.
