From June, 2019, reporting with the phone number 119 is available in foreign languages in Higashi Mikawa Area (Toyohashi Shi, Toyokawa Shi, Gamagori Shi, Shinshiro Shi, Tahara Shi, Shitara Cho, Toei Cho and Toyone Mura). Corresponding languages are English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, Russian, Nepalese and Thai.The system works as three-party simultaneous interpretation through phone interpretation center. Please let the operator know that you do not speak Japanese. Then, your line is connected to interpretation center. Please follow interpreter’s instruction and answer to the questions. Necessary vehicles are arranged judging from the content of the report.
