Use Hagumin Card
Hagumin Card is the courtesy card which is distributed to child rearing household. You can use Hagumin Card at handling stores/facilities where you can get special discount, services etc.
| Eligibility | Children under 18 years old who are the residents of Toyokawa City ,their guardians (The card will expire on March 31 of the year when the child becomes 18 years old.), and pregnant persons. |
