Payment slips are sent from the asset tax division of Toyokawa city in May. Pay the tax with the slip at banks, post offices or convenience stores.
When you have your kei-car inspected you need the receipt. Make sure to keep it.
When you dispose of or sell your car, you must change your car registration or deregister it.
