Garbage Collection
Separate garbage into different categories (burnable, non-burnable, hazardous, recyclable, large). The location and collection day for garbage disposal varies according to the area and type of garbage. Check with neighbors or the Sanitation Office for the nearest location to you.
Dispose of burnable and non-burnable garbage in trash bags designated by Toyokawa City. Burnable garbage should be disposed of in red bags and non-burnable garbage in clear bags. The designated trash bags are sold at supermarkets and shops throughout the city.
Do not dispose of garbage the day before collection. Dispose of garbage at the designated location by 8:30 on collection day. Be sure to securely seal the trash bags.
