| The International Association Office
holds "Foreign Citizen Counseling" the 1st and 3rd
Sunday from 13:00 to 15:00 in foreign languages to counsel on
daily life's troubles, worries and so on. The counseling is
free of charge. Please feel fee to come on these days. |
| City Counseling |
| A variety of counseling is offered
on law, traffic accidents, taxes, work and so on. All counseling
is free of charge. Check in information publications such as
the "Toyokawa" for schedules and feel fee to come
in with someone who speaks Japanese. |
| Public Information Publication |
A public information publication
is distributed to every household on the 1st and 15th of each
month by neighborhood associations. It informs about city
policies, business plans, helpful information for daily life
and so on.

| Located in the Worker's Community
Plaza, the International Association provides a variety of services
such as supplying information to visiting and resident foreign
citizens, Japanese classes, cultural exchange meetings and so
on.
