Call the police when you encounter an accident, your belongings are stolen or you are subjected to physical violence. The phone number is 110. Tell the police officer calmly what happened, when and where.

【Fire・Emergency】

In the case of fire, call for help and let your neighbors know. Dial 119 and ask for assistance. Tell the officer calmly where the fire broke out.

【Ambulance】

If you are suddenly taken ill or injured seriously, dial 119 and call an ambulance. We are open 24 hours a day. Tell the officer where you are and what kind of help you need.

【Domestic Violence・Stalker】

Child abuse and domestic violence are absolutely unacceptable. If you are aware of a case of domestic violence or child abuse, report it and talk to the Children Division or the Children and Disability Counseling Center immediately. If you are a victim of stalking report the matter to the police and contact the police consultation service.
